Linux On I 2009 How To Resolve It
Onto the actual problem:which OS version for IMAC late 2009 - posted in Mac OS: I am trying to keep this machine working for my wife. I will also say am a very new Linux user so I'm finding it hard to figure out how to resolve it. IMPORTANT: hit the TAB-key in the boot option menu of the linux mint live dvd.I am having graphics issues with it (not Nvidia) and upon researching this for a day and a half this seems to be more complicated to fix than I thought.

As a mobile developer, I need to have a Mac with macOS because Xcode doesnt work on any other platform. Whenever I try to boot my screen splits up into 4 smaller screens which makes it hard to. For the installation process I am using a bootable USB-Stick. GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4670 256 MB. I would like to install Ubuntu 18.04 on my iMac 21.5-inch late 2009 with the following specifications: CPU: 3,06 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo. I currently have OS 10.10.5.
